M-Health Congress 2017: how registration procedure of mHealth developments in Russia should look like

On April 28, Igor Shaderkin wil speak at M-Health Congress 2017. He will participate in the discussion panel scheduled for the second conference block: Cooperation of the government and private companies in implementation of telemedicine in Russia.

Shaderkin is a urology expert. Currently, he is the head of one of research departments at the Research Institute of Urology and Interventional Radiology n.a. N.A. Lopatkin - branch of FSBI NMRRC of the Ministry of Health of Russia. Due to the cooperation with many politicians and public officials, he is well-informed of everything related with the law about telemedicine.

At M-Health Congress 2017, the speaker will talk about practical implementation of this project. Initially, he will explain:

  • what subordinate acts should be adopted in order to regulate work of doctors with new technologies;
  • what is required to develop corresponding documents.

Shaderkin will also reveal issues related with the registration of new mHealth developments in Russia. In particular, he will explain why such a procedure requires modernization and how it should be implemented.
