M-Health Congress will feature a panel discussion: Remote monitoring of chronic patients and remote rehabilitation. One of its participants will be Svetlana Volovets, Director of Shvetsova Scientific Centre of Medical and Social Rehabilitation for Disabled People that has organized a system for remote rehabilitation of patients as a part of the early intervention service.
Volovets is Honored Doctor, MD, Ph.D., Professor of Recreation Therapy and Physiotherapy at Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, corresponding member of International Management Academy.
The expert has 30 years of experience in the social sector of Moscow. Over 18 of them, she has been the head of organizations providing Moscow citizens with health and social care.
2004, Svetlana has been Chief Medical Officer at the Rehabilitation Medicine Center of Moscow Health Department. In 2010, she graduated with honors from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) with a degree in Management of National and Municipal Finances. In 2018, she received the title of the Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation.
As part of the panel discussion, Svetlana Volovets will discuss challenges and prospects of Russia’s remote medicine with other experts.
