Doctor’s activity has a whole range of factors that are quite significant but discrete and frequently updateable. It is relating to reference information: starting with medication doses and up to new generic agents of different quality, examples of dose calculation, contra-indications and indications, careful administration of drugs by patients with diverse disorders. There is a range of diseases that can be diagnosed according to the set of criteria (symptoms) and treatment order depends on the measure of confidence of certain diagnosis. Working out of diagnostic procedure and selection of treatment require lots of time and efforts. It is also expensive because of involving not only medical practitioners but also constant cooperation with digital technology specialists. The other program category is the help in therapeutic approaches. For instance, when treating memory, the highest levels of evidence include cognitive stimulation methods, which general concepts can be transferred into a digital algorithm, making this technique more available for patients and more commonly-used in health facilities.
Personal remote patient monitoring using and without gadgets
Personal monitoring is considered to be the most prospective and rapidly growing mHealth segment, but hereby, existing projects in this sector are still pilot”. Traditionally, this issue is primarily related with gadgets and patients with chronic illnesses (diabetes, hypertonia and cardiovascular diseases). At the same time, monitoring possibilities are much wider and the main healthcare gadget is a cell phone. There will be examples of personal monitoring projects and a special medical messenger for doctor’s remote consulting of patients.

This experiment was designed exclusively for M-Health Congress. How measurement of vital indicators can improve productivity and lifestyle, based on data and measurements of heart rate variability (HRV).
We decided not just to talk about the possibilities of digital medicine and how data analysis helps to improve well-being and change the lifestyle. We decided to show it in practice.
During one and a half months, our volunteer and Welltory user Svetlana Fominykh will measure energy and stress level every day, using an application and a small cardiac monitor clip. In addition, she will add data on her sleep, work pattern, physical activity, etc.

mHealth tools application in the complex of services of personal health manager
The growth of value and amount of health industry services requires the individual health control of a certain person. There is a concept of the “personal health manager” as a key figure, providing the formation and accompaniment of implementing a personal plan of biomedical treatments. Corresponding practice activities are conducted by applying the complex of mHealth tools integrated via a robotic call center.
